We do not have an ATM within the resort, however there are a number of ATM’s provided by nearby banks that allow cash withdrawals using Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Discover Card.

We have a selection of rooms that have bathtubs in addition to a shower which are available on request and subject to availability. 

A lite breakfast is available between 6 am and 10 am at the breakfast bar located in the hotel lobby at a cost of US$10 per guest. Our lite breakfast service consists of tea, coffee, fruit juices, break/toast with condiments, cereals, eggs and breakfast sandwiches.

Our breakfast service represents good value for anyone seeking a quick breakfast before heading out to explore our island or depart for the airport. 

Our business center is located on the second floor of the resort. An internet enabled desktop computer and printer is available for your use.  Complimentary fair use printing is available in black and white letter paper size and should guests wish for color prints our Guest Relation Assistants will be able to assist at a cost of US$0.50 per page.  

We have a large fully air-conditioned conference / meeting room which is equipped to seat 10 persons, has internet connectivity and a projector and screen. The conference room is available to book for a fee with our Guest Relations Assistants.  Customers using our conference room will also benefit from complimentary tea, coffee and light refreshments. 

Paradiso Resort & Spa is located close to a wide selection of retail outlets. The nearest grocery convenience store is only a 2 minute drive from the resort and the nearest clothing store is 5 minutes away.

The journey time between the resort and Garapan is a little over 10 minutes by car.

We are delighted to provide a complimentary shuttle service between Paradiso Resort & Spa and Garapan.  Our fully air-conditioned shuttle bus departs from outside the resort lobby or from Joten Store in Garapan at the following hours.  

A selection of half and full day tours are available for booking with our Guest Relations Assistants. 

Our 24 hour fitness center is located on the second floor of the resort which is available for guest only use. It features cardio machines, strength training equipment, and yoga mats. Cold water and towels are provided for your use.

Guests are asked to wear fitness attire when attending the gym and refrain from wearing swim-wear or bikini’s. 

Our front desk is staffed by our friendly Guest Relations Assistants 24 hours per day 365 days of the year.

We regret that the resort does not offer a contactless check-in facility.

Our multi-lingual staff speak Carolinian, Chamorro, Chuukese, English, Korean, Japanese, Tagalog, and Yapese.

We have paid laundry and dry cleaning services available to our guests. Please see our Guest Relations Assistants at reception for further details or call housekeeping from your room. 

An iron and ironing board is available for guests use upon request from housekeeping.

Our restaurant “Three Amigos Saipan Restaurant & Bar  Saipan” will be opening soon and will offer a Mexican Korean fusion choice of meals and beverages.

If you have mislaid a personal item at the resort of during your adventures on  Saipan, please ask Guest Relations Assistants for help. We will always do our best to help search for your item.

All of our guest rooms are equipped with a mini-bar fridge.  Guests whose rate does not include a drinks package are able to purchase one for US$15  by calling our friendly Guest Relations Assistants.  Our mini-bar drinks package, which is delivered to your room pre-chilled, consists of 2 cans of soda, 2 cans of beer, and 2 bottles of water. 

Our Mini-Mart is located in the hotel lobby (first floor) and is open 24 hours per day.  It offers a selection of drinks, food, health and beauty products and souvenirs to help guests remember their visit to our island paradise.

The Paradiso Spa Saipan is located on the first floor of the resort and is open every day from 1pm to 1am.  It offers a choice of relaxing traditional massage or oil massage. A choice of 60 minutes, 90 minutes and 120 minutes is available.  A selection of aroma oils are available to choose from.

Due to the popular demand of our spa services, guests are respectfully requested to make a reservation a minimum of 120 minutes prior to their treatment time. We will always do our best to accommodate your request and thank you for your understanding if your first choice of time is not available.

Parking is available and is free of charge.

We also provide car rental onsite. Please ask our Guest Relations Assistants at reception for details.

Paradiso Resort & Spa welcome service animals who support our guests. We regret that domestic pets may not be accommodated at the resort.

We have a wonderful selection on events to help make your visit a memorable one. Our Guest Relations Assistants arrange pool side movie nights, drinks happy hour at the pool, and local handicraft demonstrations.

A list of the week’s events will be presented to guests upon check-in at the resort.

Our pool-side swim-up bar, the Tiki Bar by Three Amigos Restaurant & Bar Saipan, part of the Paradiso Resort & Spa is open.

The Tiki Bar offers a wide range of cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments and Mexican/Korean fusion bar food.

Our rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. A surcharge of US$30 plus tax at 15% is due for the 3rd and 4th guest in additional to normal room rates.

We regret that room service is not available at the resort, however guests are welcome to find a selection of food and beverages at the Mini-Mart in the resort lobby.

Our restaurant Three Amigos Saipan Restaurant & Bar  Saipan will be opening soon and will offer a choice of meals and beverages.

OUR POOLS

We have 2 swimming pools.  1 pool is reserved for adults only and 1 for adults and children. The pool is open between 9am and 9pm every day.

CHILDREN

Children’s sized life-jackets are available for use during your stay at the resort and may be obtained from the Front Desk.  Under no circumstances should should children be left unattended in the pools or poolside gardens.

LIFE GUARD

Swimming at the resort pool is undertaken at the guests own risk and no life-guard duty is provided. 

POOLSIDE ACCESSORIES

Swimming pool accessories, including air mattresses, volleyballs, pool balls are available for guest enjoyment at the front desk upon payment of a US$10 deposit.

FOOD AND DRINKS

Only food and beverage purchased at the resort may be consumed at the poolside garden. No chinaware or glassware is permitted in the poolside area. Eating is not allowed while in the swimming pool. 

Our resort is 100% non-smoking and this includes the use of cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes and vaping.  Designated smoking areas are provided on the resort and we invite you to ask our Guest Relations Assistants for directions to them.

We respectfully advise, that where a guest has been found to have smoked outside of the designated smoking areas, a cleaning charge of US$500 will be applied to their credit card to help us restore that area to its normal level of cleanliness.

We recommend against drinking tap water and that guests enjoy bottled water provided in guest room and at the water fountain located in the resort lobby and fitness center.

Ice is available from the ice machines located around the resort.

All guest rooms are equipped with a telephone with free local calls. We regret that trunk and international direct dial services are not available from guest rooms. 

Our Volleyball court is available for guest enjoyment between the hours of 9 am and 9pm. A volleyball is available at the Front Desk upon payment of a US$10 returnable deposit. 

WiFi is available throughout the resort from guest rooms to poolside.
