In this role, you will be responsible for providing our Korean guests with customer support services in addition to assisting with front desk responsibilities at the Paradiso Resort & Spa. The ability to work as part of a team will put you in good stead to expediently support our Korean guests, Korea Travel Agents, and hotel partners with the very highest level of support service.
Using proven hotel reservations skills and your keen knowledge of CNMI tourism and hospitality combined with strong customer service skills, this role will allow those with a confident customer focused attitude to directly influence results of our guest’s hotel experience and leave them with a pleasant service experience. This role is an integral part of our hotel sales process and will see you attend multiple events and community functions from time to time and support educational/product familiarisation.
You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that will help you succeed in this diverse and challenging role.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year hospitality and tourism experience. Owing to the rapidly evolving nature of this industry, applicants should ideally have worked in hotel industry and or customer support related role within a 1-year period prior to applying for this position.
