POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are one of Saipan’s newest food, beverage and hospitality businesses. Providing quality fresh food direct, at the best possible price with outstanding service to our guests is what we believe in.  

The Tiki Bar by Three Amigos Restaurant and Bar located at the Paradiso Resort & Spa is looking for a qualified and experienced Cook and Kitchen Hand to join our team who are professional, passionate, fun, friendly and super keen to help maximise our guests vacation experience. Good knowledge of food Safety requirements and safe working practices is required, as well as consistency and adherence to standards. You must work well in a team environment, be great with customers and work well in a busy restaurant.

You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that will help you succeed in this diverse and challenging role.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should ideally possess a minimum of 6 months experience as a Cook. Owing to the rapidly evolving nature of this industry, applicants should ideally have worked in hotel/hospitality industry role within a 1-year period prior to applying for this position.

The successful applicants will possess the following skills:

• Experience working in busy commercial kitchens
• Strong knife skills
• Time Management skills
• An ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of commercial cooking equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Eligible to work in Saipan
