The healing qualities of massage have been refined over hundreds of years, intertwining exotic ingredients with with the strength of human touch. Paradiso Resort & Spa therapists use an array of massage therapy techniques to restore balance, harmony and renewal to your life and body.
Upgrade from the Paradiso traditional dry massage without any additional charge to one with a choice of essential oils from plants, leaves, and flowers to massage on pressure points of the body. Allow our masseuse to melt away your tensions and stresses. Oil massage is a good treatment to reward yourself with after a long day of work or travel, the treatment is found to stimulate blood flow and lymph fluid.
Our masseuse will ask you to choose your desired level of pressure. From steady, strong pressure that addresses and realigns deep layers of muscle and connective tissue to alleviate persistent pains and prior injuries, while improving posture; to a more relating pressure that brings calmness, relaxation, oxygenation of tissues and improves blood circulation.

It’s good practice to shower before any spa treatment. To maintain the tranquility of the spa facility, silence, peace and respect are part of our spa philosophy to maximise the enjoyment of all guests visiting our spa treatment rooms. Please consider other guests’ personal space and privacy. Please silence any electronic devices you might have before entering the spa room.
ARRIVAL AT THE SPA
To allow you adequate time to complete our wellbeing consultation and to relax, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrivals will affect the duration of your scheduled appointment.
SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
To schedule or to rebook, book online or contact our spa host at the Paradiso Resort & Spa front desk who will be happy to assist you in choosing the right treatment. All treatments should be requested a minimum of 6 hours in advance to ensure availability.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking, please be advised that a minimum of 24 hours are required in order for us to accommodate your request. No-show or same day cancellations will incur a 100% charge.
ATTIRE
Bathrobes and slippers are available at the Paradiso Spa spa for your treatment sessions. All guests should wear under garments during their spa treatment.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & ALLERGIES
Kindly consult with your physician before taking any treatment or using our facility. If you have any allergies, please make sure to inform our spa team.
VALUABLES LOSS OR DAMAGE
Please secure your valuables. Paradiso Resort & Spa will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during your visit.
