After embarking on her first international sales and marketing expedition, Paradiso Resort & Spa‘s Acting General Manager Ms. Loria Hocog made her debut tour of North East Asia that encompassed presentations and sales calls in the key market of South Korea in addition to attending the Taiwan Tourism Expo in Taipei to research new opportunities.
Promoting the major refurbishment and upgrade of the Paradiso Resort & Spa, the new family resort of Saipan, as well as its prime location offering guests close proximity to Saipan International Airport and local beaches, Ms. Hocog also introduced the resorts new Paradiso Spa which offers a range of massage treatments to inhouse guests and visitors.
According to Ms. Hocog, “with upcoming summer holidays in South Korea falling in July and August, we took the opportunity to tap the market’s keen interest in travel to island sun destinations, while seizing on the opportunity to network at Taiwan’s first travel and tourism exhibition since 2019”.
The refurbishment and upgrade programme panned across all hotel rooms, business and leisure facilities, including the resorts two salt water swimming pools. Ms. Hocog said “the team was keen to put out the message that all major work had been completed and guests continue to experience the very best of our new resort, with our two swimming pools opening on July 15th for their enjoyment”.
In August this year, the resort will open it’s new resort bar, “The Tiki by Paradiso” a part of the Paradiso Resort and Spa’s new restaurant, the “Three Amigos Restaurant and Bar” that will open shortly thereafter and offer a Mexican Korean fusion menu. that will open shortly thereafter.
